April 5, 2007 continued Easter Thursday We have never before experienced such a friendly and lively gathering of people in a church. Women from the village, with their children, had come to take care that the Paraskevi church in Kalyves is prepared for Easter. These ladies took happily care of making everything clean before future ceremonies. The children were allowed, encouraged, to have a time of their life in play. Inside the church. Meanwhile the women were preparing decorations for the Tomb of the Christ. For the ceremonies to come later on during Easter. Oops! There was one male person! The local florist's son to take care that Christ's Tomb is accurately decorated. Also the local florist seems to want that everything is done right.
