Medium bodied, spicy, and interestingly acidy. It's tasty already at the front of your mouth, and stays conquering your palate with stings. Gooseberries, wet grass and peppers. - Pinotage is interesting!

The woman had risen earlier than usual, glanced yesterday's paper with the coffee, and begun to wash windows with a fury.
It was raining outside.
All the rest were asleep in the house. The woman swept the windows delicately, as if caressing the glass - or the sleepers.

Yesterday had left a memory, a trace on her tongue. Like prints in her mouth. She groped for that feeling on the surfaces of those glasses, among the scent of the soap, from that fragile quietness that hovered in the house.

When the windows were bright, she uncorked a bottle - usually she didn´t do it so early, but today everything seemed so different, even final - or like a beginning.
She didn't know.

The label was so familiar. She was amused, and amazed how such an excellent and warm drink could house such a mediocre bottle. In her mind the bottle grew, transformed proportions, flourished, spread it's full arms, and maybe even caressed somebody.

She looked through the window and saw a rush of wet snow. She felt the wine in her limbs - it warmed, it frightened her. It could take her far away. It could drown her, if she grasped it's arms.
She was silent... Why not, why wouldn´t I go, why wouldn´t I let go.
So, she left.
