A tasty WHITE !

If all the mighty ones are willing, we are again headed for a pleasantly warm period. Just perfect for a tasty white. Also, in addition to the bubbly ones, to bring luck, with a thought, to the new high-school graduates wearing their white caps.
My choice isn't lost in the woods - just the contrary. The oaky chains have been broken, and chardonnay is jumping free in it's own grapyness. No sugar, either, sucking up the fruit of the grape.
Berri is a dry and tasty, and I must say, even a powerful white. Fruity in the good white tradition. Not petty-peppy. Not overtly acidy, but enough, so as not to be heavy. Just nice to be had by itself, along with a cosy conversation on the lawn, or at a happy table, to flush down a fish swimming in a fine sauce.
Her colour is a beautiful, clear yellow that thrives in sunlight without being flattened. So, raise your glass towards the sky, and enjoy. It's time to 'Jump Up And Shout' - or whisper - that summer might finally be here!
